Beltecno Wins “Best Fabrication Product” Award at the India Stainless Steel Pipe Expo 2016
Beltecno India participated in the India Stainless Steel Pipe Expo 2016, organised by Steel Market Info at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. Our stainless steel panel tank was nominated in the exhibition’s product competition and was honoured with the “Best Fabrication Product” award — a recognition of the fabrication quality, engineering design and finish that define every tank we build in India.
About the India Stainless Steel Pipe Expo 2016
The India Stainless Steel Pipe Expo brought together manufacturers, fabricators, distributors and specifiers from across the Indian stainless steel industry at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. Exhibitors presented products spanning pipes, tubes, sheets and fabricated stainless steel equipment, and a competition was held to identify the most outstanding fabricated product on the show floor.
Beltecno exhibited its modular stainless steel water storage panel tank — a bolted panel system assembled on site, engineered for long service life in Indian conditions.
Why the Stainless Steel Panel Tank Was Recognised
The award for Best Fabrication Product was given for the standard of fabrication achieved across the tank’s panels, joints and overall assembly.
Precision fabrication
Each panel is pressed and finished to tight tolerances so that the assembled tank remains dimensionally accurate and watertight at site. Consistency across every panel is what allows a modular tank to be built reliably, without the on-site correction that lower-grade fabrication demands.
Material selection built for water storage
Beltecno panel tanks are manufactured in stainless steel selected for corrosion resistance in potable and industrial water service, so the stored water remains clean and the tank structure does not degrade over its service life. Visit by the Hon’ble Union Minister of Steel
During the exhibition, the then Union Minister of Steel, Shri Chaudhary Birender Singh, visited the Beltecno stall. He viewed the stainless steel panel tank on display and appreciated the design and the manufacturing technology behind it.
For a company bringing Japanese stainless steel tank manufacturing know-how to India, the visit was a meaningful moment — an acknowledgement from the highest level of the country’s steel sector that stainless steel has a serious role to play in India’s water infrastructure.

An award is only as valuable as the standard it reflects.
