Beltecno’s Stainless Steel Panel Tanks combine 75+ years of Japanese engineering with locally-manufactured precision in our Neemrana facility. Our modular SS304/SS316L panels create water storage solutions from 1,000L to over 1,000,000L.

Stainless Steel Panel Tanks are usually a lifetime investment and there are minimal chances of biomass formation because of the properties of Stainless steel. These large stainless steel tanks have a lifetime value to buyers.
Beltecno’s tanks outperform plastic and concrete on several fronts: Wins on hygiene, total cost of ownership, maintenance, customization, and appearance. Prefabricated tanks install ~3x faster than concrete, with far less risk of bacterial/biomass buildup.
Easy. Every tank has a manhole plus inner/outer ladders for access. Use the mildest cleaning method first; avoid abrasives that can scratch the finish. Always rinse fully, since leftover residue or gritty water can stain or pit the surface.
Every tank ship with a leak test report — long-term performance depends on usage and handling. Pre-dispatch checks include a leak/air-blow test, water-hold test, and dimensional test. Panel tanks (1 KL–1,000 KL) are built to a zero-leakage standard.

TIG welding, done in sequence: bottom panels welded to a steel base frame anchored to the foundation, wall panels welded to each other and the base, then ceiling panels welded above the reinforcement beams. This fully welded, seamless process gives structural integrity and minimizes leak points.
